1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, it may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund will include the full product price, excluding the original shipping fees. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we may need you to return the original item before we can send out the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting our customer service team.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
